2- Have financially capability to perform the job.
3- Not be black listed with SOMO , basically you haven't done bad work with the previous regime.
4- You must own refinery or have refinery agreement this should be indorsed and approved by SOMO.
5- Refinery capacity will determine the amount of crude oil should you be getting.
6- We need to get authorization letter from your company to our agent in Iraq in order to do day to day work for you in SOMO and advance your paper work also register your company then you will get invitation to come to SOMO and discuss the deal and conclude it yourself not the agent.
